الغرض الأساسي من الأداة ليس مجرد وضع تصنيف تشخيصي مغلق للأفراد، بل العمل كأداة اكتشاف ذاتي ونمو شخصي (Personal & Spiritual Growth). تسعى القائمة إلى مساعدة الفرد على إدراك جوانب القوة الأخلاقية والنفسية، وتحديد المجالات التي تتطلب نضجاً إضافياً وضبطاً سلوكياً. وفي السياق المؤسسي الإكلينيكي والاستشاري، تُستخدم القائمة في المجالات التالية:

  3. البراءة من اللوم (Above Reproach): سلامة الضمير وخلو حياة الفرد من أنماط السلوك المزدوج أو الأسرار المعيبة التي قد تؤدي إلى تشويه مصداقيته القيادية.
  4. الوقار والاحترام (Respectable): التحلي بنمط حياة منظم وسلوك اجتماعي لائق يبعث على التقدير والثقة من جانب المحيطين به.
  5. الرغبة في الخدمة والقيادة (Desire to be Overseer): الدافعية الذاتية الإيجابية لتحمل المسؤولية وخدمة الجماعة بدافع نكران الذات، وليس حباً في النفوذ أو التسلط.
  6. القداسة والتكريس (Holy): الالتزام بالقيم الدينية الأصيلة، وتخصيص الوقت للصلاة، ودراسة النصوص المقدسة، والشعور بحضور الله كأولوية قصوى.
  7. القدرة على التعليم والتوجيه (Ability to Teach): الكفاءة المعرفية والتواصلية التي تتيح نقل المفاهيم والأفكار بوضوح، ومهارة الحوار وتبسيط الحقائق للآخرين دون توتر.
  8. الاعتدال واليقظة (Temperate): الاتزان النفسي، والقدرة على التفكير الواقعي المتوازن، وتجنب الاندفاع في الأحكام أو التطرف في ردود الأفعال.
  9. الحكمة والتعقل (Prudent): النضج العقلي والقدرة على اتخاذ قرارات حكيمة في المواقف المعقدة، والتروي قبل الإقدام على الفعل.
  10. إدارة الأسرة والمنزل (Able to Manage Family): الكفاءة في إدارة العلاقات الأسرية، وتربية الأبناء بحكمة وتواصل دافئ، وخلو البيت من التفكك والفوضى المزمنة.
  11. الإخلاص الزواجي (Husband of One Wife / Marital Fidelity): الالتزام بالشريك، وضبط الدوافع الجنسية والخيال الإيروتيكي، وتجنب الانزلاق وراء المتع العابرة.
  12. الوداعة واللطف (Gentle): الرقة في التعامل مع ضعفات الآخرين، وتجنب القسوة أو الفظاظة، والقدرة على التسامح والصفح.
  13. عدم سرعة الغضب (Not Quick-Tempered): التحكم في الاستثارة الانفعالية السريعة، وضبط نوبات الغضب والعدوان اللفظي أو المادي.
  14. ضبط النفس والانضباط الذاتي (Self-Controlled): القدرة على كبح الرغبات المباشرة لصالح الأهداف طويلة المدى، مثل ضبط الشهوات والعادات اليومية.
  15. عدم الإدمان (Not Addicted to Wine / Substance Moderation): التحرر من التبعية للمسكرات أو المهدئات أو العقاقير الطبية للهروب من ضغوط الحياة.
  16. عدم الطمع ومحبة المال (Not Greedy): التحرر من الجشع المالي، وعدم جعل الثروة والماديات المحرك الأساسي للسلوك والقرارات.
  17. محبة الخير والفضيلة (Lover of Good): الميل الداخلي لدعم القضايا النبيلة، والفرح بنجاح الآخرين، ورفض الشماتة أو الحسد.
  18. عدم التعنت والاستبداد (Not Self-Willed): المرونة الفكرية، وتقبل النقد، والاستعداد للنزول عند رأي الجماعة، وعدم فرض الذات بالقوة.
  19. الضيافة والكرم (Hospitable): الانفتاح على الآخرين وتقديم العون، ومشاركة المأوى والمائدة مع المحتاجين والغرباء برحابة صدر.

6. الإطار النظري / Theoretical Framework

ينتمي مقياس سمات القيادة الروحية إلى حركة التكامل الإكلينيكي-اللاهوتي (Psychology-Theology Integration Movement)، التي ازدهرت في جامعات ومعاهد الدراسات العليا المتخصصة مثل معهد روزميد لعلم النفس (Rosemead School of Psychology). ينطلق هذا الإطار من فرضية وجود وحدة تكاملية بين الصحة النفسية السلوكية والفضائل الأخلاقية الروحية؛ فالنضج الروحي الحقيقي ينعكس بالضرورة في مؤشرات سلوكية يومية قابلة للقياس وليس مجرد مشاعر غيبية أو قناعات نظرية معزولة.

اعتمد الباحثان على المنهج التفسيري اللغوي (Hermeneutical & Exegetical Analysis) لنصوص العهد الجديد في لغتها اليونانية القديمة، حيث تم تحليل المفردات اليونانية الواردة في رسالتي بولس الرسول (مثل: σωφρων – سليم العقل ومتزن، νηφαλιος – يقظ ومعتدل، φιλοξενος – محب للغرباء). وبناءً على هذا التحليل، وُضعت فرضية سيكومترية مفادها أن القادة الروحيين يجب أن يظهروا مستويات دالة إحصائياً من هذه السمات مقارنة بعموم السكان وعامة المؤمنين. يربط هذا المنظور بين نظريات سمات الشخصية ونظرية القيادة الخادمة والقيادة التحويلية، حيث لا تنفصل كفاءة القائد الإدارية عن سلامة منظومته القيمية واستقراره الوجداني والعلائقي داخل الأسرة والمجتمع.

7. الصدق / Validity

خضعت قائمة سمات القيادة الروحية لعدة اختبارات لتقييم كفاءتها السيكومترية عبر مختلف فئات الصدق القياسي:

  • صدق المحتوى والصدق الظاهري (Content & Face Validity): تم تأكيده من خلال المنهج الاستقرائي اللغوي واستشارة نخبة من علماء اللاهوت وأخصائيي علم النفس الرعوي لمطابقة صياغة الفقرات مع المعاني الدقيقة لكل سمة من السمات المستخلصة.
  • الصدق التمايزي بين المجموعات المعلومة (Known-Groups Validity): في دراسة تاونسند وويشرن (1984) على عينة قوامها 71 بالغاً من منطقة دالاس، تكساس، شملت 22 شيخاً كنسياً، و22 شماساً، و27 فرداً من غير المنتمين للكنيسة (تراوحت أعمارهم بين 18 و65 عاماً)، أظهرت اختبارات (ت) أن مجموعة غير المسيحيين لم تسجل درجات أعلى من مجموعة قادة الكنيسة في أي من السمات الـ 19. ظهرت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية واضحة بين القادة وغير المؤمنين، كما وُجدت فروق دالة بين الشيوخ والشمامسة في بعض السمات النوعية مثل “الوداعة” و”عدم التعنت الذاتي” لصالح الشيوخ، رغم أن المقياس لم يميز بدقة حادة بين درجات القيادة العليا والدنيا.
  • الصدق التقاربي والتمايزي (Convergent & Divergent Validity): أظهرت دراسة إيوينغ وباركر وكوين (1983) علاقات ارتباطية مقبولة بين أبعاد المقياس ومقاييس التوجه الديني ومقياس الرفاه الروحي (Spiritual Well-Being Scale). كما بينت دراسة روكوود (1986) وجود ارتباط دال إحصائياً بين سمات التطور الروحي في القائمة ودرجات النضج النفسي المقاسة عبر استبيان السلطة الشخصية في نظام الأسرة (PAFSQ) القائم على نظرية الأسرة الأصلية، مما أكد ارتباط النضج الروحي بالاستقلال والاتزان الأسري عبر الفئات العمرية.

8. الثبات / Reliability

قُيّم ثبات قائمة سمات القيادة الروحية عبر عدة إجراءات إحصائية تضمن استقرار النتائج واتساقها الداخلي:

  • ثبات إعادة الاختبار (Test-Retest Reliability): تم تقييم الاستقرار الزمني عبر تطبيق المقياس على عينة عشوائية قوامها 100 مسيحي أجروا الاختبار مرتين بفاصل زمني مقداره ثمانية أسابيع. أظهرت النتائج أن معامل الثبات الكلي للمقياس بلغ (0.94)، وهو معامل ممتاز يؤكد الاستقرار العام للأداة. تراوحت معاملات الارتباط للأبعاد الـ 19 الفرعية بين (0.30) و(0.63)، وجميعها كانت دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (p < 0.05). يشير انخفاض ثبات بعض المقاييس الفرعية إلى حساسية بعض السمات للتقلبات الظرفية أو الحاجة لتنقية فقراتها.

أجريت العديد من دراسات التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي للتحقق من البنية الكامنة للمقياس وفحص كفاءة فقراته الـ 222:

  • دراسة كامبل وكار وباركر (1983): أجرت تحليلاً عاملياً أفضى إلى حل مكون من خمسة عوامل رئيسية استطاعت تفسير ما يقارب 70% من التباين الكلي، مما دعم إمكانية تلخيص السمات الـ 19 في أبعاد نفسية كبرى مترابطة.

  • الفقرات المعكوسة وتوجيه الدرجات: تشتمل القائمة على فقرات إيجابية تعكس الفضيلة وفقرات مصاغة بصورة سلبية تعكس الضعف والقصور الأخلاقي أو الانفعالي لتلافي نزعة الموافقة الآلية، وتُقلب درجاتها في مفتاح التصحيح.
